The scientist that noted or stated that current is in a direction perpendicular and that is parallel to the magnetic field are...........nd............? |
Re: Jamb Lecture/past Questions For Science/art Students by Kealmin(m): 2:36pm On Oct 17, 2014 |
Halpher:C is correct because it exhibit two types of motion |
Re: Jamb Lecture/past Questions For Science/art Students by Halpher(m): 3:11pm On Oct 17, 2014 |
Kealmin:Yea it is Relative motion simply because either the bar magnet or the solenoid is at rest with respect to other. It exhibit only a type of motion which is Relative. |

Halpher:is between o and 90 degree wen d angle of dip is at d north pole it is 0degree but at d equator is 90degree |
Re: Jamb Lecture/past Questions For Science/art Students by Halpher(m): 3:41pm On Oct 17, 2014 |
Kealmin:Hmm. It is propably 90 degree for the pole and 0 degree for the equator This type question came out in dis year ppt jamb type. Xo the ansa is 90 degree. |

Re: Jamb Lecture/past Questions For Science/art Students by Halpher(m): 5:49pm On Oct 17, 2014 |
Kealmin:Actually fleming right hand rule shows or give the induce current in both dynamo and electric motor (as we knw that the flemings left shows the direction of convectional current). while the fleming left gives or show the force or motion of the conductor. |

princessdebbby:I believe you understand the fact that we had to convert the km/h to m/s, then You also need to understand that 1 km/h = 1000m/3600s and if you simplify that by cutting with 200, you'll get 5/18, I.E 1km/h = 5/18 m/s, hence to convert from km/h to m/s, just multiply by 5/18 For no 2 I want to knw y we can't just solve straight by usin d=vt cos if I use dz formular I wil get 180 rada dan 90.you simply can't do that because the body is accelerating uniformly, so the velocity is constantly changing starting from 0(rest) until it finally gets to v, assuming, the body is moving with a uniform velocity v, then You can apply that formula of yours(s = vt) directly. I think you need to go through the velocity-time graph concept. Nd 4 no 4 whr did u arrive at d formula v=u-gt..thanxAny time a body moves Uber the influence of gravity(dropped from a height or thrown/projected vertically upwards) the S in the normal equations of linear motion changes to "h" while a changes to +g( dropping objects, since they're moving with/towards gravity) or -g(vertically projected objects, since they're moving against gravity) therefore, the normal equation v = u + at changes to v = u + gt for dropping objects or v = u - gt for objects projected vertically. Likewise V2 = u2 + 2as changes into V2 = u2 + 2gh and V2 = u2 - 2gh. I hope you understand it now. |

I'm not sure you guys are prepping for UTME with the kind of questions you're throwing in especially the mathematics. If you feel like flexing muscles with strong questions, you can move over to the nairaland maths clinic. Most of these questions you guys are posting are beyond the scope of UTME. 1 Like |
