How do I embed news on my site? that is if I want the headlines in www.ngrguardiannews.com to show on my site, how do I do it? is there a script for it?

Well, for me it'll depend on if the news site has rss feeds, if it does then AJAX and some php or asp is required to retrieve the feeds and display in your customized format (using css)

If you are looking at guardian, then you can outrightly frame the page which is unprofessioal for me personally (why hijack someones work) Or, if you know HTML DOM, you can use ASP or php to read the page (fortunately there's some css tags so it is easy to identity what is a news link and what is not, read the links and pull out titles and urls to dynamically create your own links when the user visits your page, though i prefer the Ajax method,

Or if you want to rIPP the page and put it on yours you will need to invoke the WinHTTP component (only works on IIS 5-6) so this is ASP country

Do you have a tutorial on Ajax?
I have the community version installed on my apache webserver.
I just installed it today and I tried creating MyFirstApp.html but the apache webserver could not display the page http://localhost/MyFirstApp.html but I can just view it straight on IE using webserver/xampp/htdocs/MyFirstApp.html.

The error that came up while tryin to view it on localhost was "permission denied".
