How do I open a Payooner account in Nigeria? I have checked posts and forums but I can get an answer to my enquiry. Am I to go to their site and sign up for an account or oder for their card?. Also, am I going to use the details I used on my US Paypal account (name, email, address, phone number...) or use my real address here in Nigeria because I want to link it to mu US Paypal account.

Please I really need help on this. Every opinion will be appreciated.
