I Need A Shortcode Management Application As A Vas Provider by pintogen: 2:55pm On Sep 17, 2014
We have a client who just got a license to become a VAS Provider in Nigeria and we already got a Shortcode Number, now my question is this:

1. We need to build a Shortcode Management Platform where all messages can be routed too, Manage Keywords, Manage 2 Way messaging solution

I Urgently need a developer who as recently work with a project of this nature, i need an urgent response to begin development

Since you now have a short code, I want to believe you have a functional account with the sms gateway?
