Google Picasa is an image organizer uses for editing of digital images and sharing of photos. Picasa is one good alternative to other apps that is used for editing also, I discovered that google made the app (picasa) mainly for bloggers if am not mistaking, the app as been an alternative to photoshop and Corel-Draw software which i normally use in editing and saving of images when needed.

Steps
after your download install picasa
then install to your personal computer
open picasa
then open page you wants to screenshot
press Alt + Prt Scr on your system
click on picasa, you will see your photo
