Many a time we are deceived into given God options and we try to tell Him when he should do it. Most of this times we ended up hurting ourselves and getting wounded.

God cannot be directed like an houseboy. If you are a friend of God, He will give you privilege to talk to Him. He will give you options, not you giving him options. Just like Abraham, God told him, he is going to destroy Nineveh. God wanted him to negotiated. He negotiated humbly and not really for his personal gain but....
