go to where ur connectivity is....as in where u do on ur data plan, bluetooth etc....if hotspot is then....den on it....bb hotspot will surely on ur wifi also.....bt if u cnt find hotspot there....den ur phone does not have hotspot......

BB10 is different. For some reason, hotsot on Glo BIS works on BB10 but it is restricted on BBOS 7 below.
