Permit me to add to this within my little understanding of things:

Ori: the embodiment of the totality of an individual in relation to every facet of life, no matter how minute.

Ayanmo: the eventual end (could br several) an individual is to find his/herself in - either positive or negative and can be changed.

I would say Akosile is the same as Ayanmo.

Finally, Ayanmo is the end result of what the ori is supposed to/should help an individual achieve. The ori is more like the file containing the data of each person's journey through life an answers to questions for the realization of Ayanmo.
