Experts, guru and experienced android users, kindly help me to solve this problem of my Itel 1401. For the past 2 weeks now, my android have refused to install apps. Both internal and the one received from other devices. Whenever I click on the apps it will say app not install. I took it to technician, he couldn't handle it.
