Caseless: It is all pronounciationg complexities, DAN Allah and DON Allah, are both right. DAN in Dangote and DAN in DAN Allah are written d same but not pronouce d same way Hausas from Sokoto, Kebbi, Zamfara, part of Katsina mostly sound DON Allah, while Hausas from Kano and other places Pronouciation sound like DAN Allah. Even d word DAN in Dangote, cannot b properly pronounce by those who don't understand Hausa well, it does not sound like pronouncing DAniel as most ppl pronounce it. |

Re: HAUSALAND: Teach Me Hausa by Paretomaster(m): 4:10pm On Nov 15, 2014 |
Caseless: I never did Hausa in Secondary skool, am a full blooded Hausa boy, thogh raised in Lagos, but but dat doesn't erode ma understanding of d Language, be it sakwatanchi, kannanchi and other form of Hausa dialects and pronunciation. We are all learning, and its being fun, so no need hitting d roof. 2 Likes |
