Unscrew the LNB cable behind your decoder for a few seconds then screw back properly. Press MENU while on the scan page; ensure 'Home Network' is on DStv W7. Accept Settings and Scan all Networks If problem persists, kindly contact your installer to rectify. Happy viewing. |
