Yeah I speak pidgin a bit (small), but my friends and my family actually don't speak pidgin and its not conk naija. As for Igbo, people say its hard to learn, but its my duty to learn and pass it on to my kids one day. In fact the music has helped to learn bits.

Yeah, well I'll start with an Igbo language course in London first. My Igbo speaking relatives can help me with conversation. I'm plannng to do a stint in Nigeria in the next year or so anyway. won't be a bad idea to spend a while in Igboland or stay within an Igbo speaking household.
