I need to how much to budget for a two storey building with 2 (two bedroom flat, palour, kitchen small dining, toilet and bathroom and a balcony) on each flat. And please is it wise to build 3 of this buildings in two plots of land. |

It depends on many factors such as the design, materials and the finishing of the building. Up to N20 million is not bad. |

As a civil engr,it depend on the kind of design you want but on the average budget 20million is o k. |

Hello sir I'm a builder and what I can tell is it depend on the size of plot if 120*120 yes you can build it but if its less I wouldn't advice and it will cost 18.7m for a nice and well finished building like the one you will be seeing below.
