Do you see it this way, d delay in the list is not allowing us to feel or take cognizance of the long date of resumption.. More of our attention is on the list rather than the resumption date... Think is a good thing tho'

Let me explain as I understand it.
Statement of result is given to u by ur sch prior to the release of the certificate by WAEC, it states ur result but letter headed by ur sch name. The original WAEC result or certificate is given by the WAEC body itself
