considering the nearness to cities too, the place is okay for me.

pls, i'm not competing by posting this, just telling you the price isn't as high as you said. do something about it to encourage interested farmers, especially the starters in order to build up that farm settlement. this may allow you to start a farmers cooperative society amongst new investors in agrobusiness in that settlement and have access to government funds in order to improve quality and boost productivity in farm output.

Very balanced objective analysis I must say.Considering the level of development in that area with good acess road most of our clients are buying and fencing up some to build church camp ground or schools while some are planing to re sell and make big bucks in few years from now. The rest not so people into farming per say they just planted plantain to bid time when proper development hits the place. I won't advice young farmers to go into it. You get cabs or bike from the land direct to gbagi market.

We don't have within that axis you mentioned. Ours is located alone ife ibadan express @ 250k per acre.
