Good business idea sha.... Are doing retail or wholesale 1a. Location is very important 1b. Invest in publicity (one or two sign boards will do) 1c. Have a plan to grow over time.....start small and grow the business over time.(start with one or two freezers) 2. You need alternative source of power supply like most businesses in Nigeria 3. Find out where to get your products at relatively reliable source and at very good prices 4. Sell at good prices.......but not too cheap |
