I used to work with a firm in lagos and we used one of the commercial banks as salary account for staff.

I quit working with the firm some months ago but just a while ago, I received a mail/alert that my account had been closed as requested by the company without any recourse from me.

In as much as the account did not have much transactions, neither was it in debit or on any facility. Also, I belive there are conditions precedent to an account being closed which I did not flout.

Can I sue the bank a nd company
