WEIGHT LOSS FOR BUSY MOMS
Moms are some of the busiest people on the planet, especially if they have jobs outside of the home. Because of their hurried lives and hectic schedules, they can easily fall into routines in which they end up taking care of themselves with non-hunger eating and unwittingly pack on unwanted pounds. By practicing some of this simple advice of eating and self-care, they can learn to both keep weight off and leave happier, less stressful lives.
Do follow the 4 rules of “normal” eating
These four rules are the gold standard for eating:
1. Eat only when you’re hungry.
2. Choose foods that satisfy you.
3. Eat with awareness and for enjoyment.
4. Stop eating when you’re full or satisfied.
