DOmainking, I am an existing client of yours. I have used your web hosting for about 2 months now, but I discovered that your servers are not reliable. My website goes down a lot of times. This is not good for my business.

I am paying for adverts but I can't get the full benefits of advertising because your server are always going down. At times, my site goes offline for up to 5 minutes. Please get a better server with a good uptime rate.

I am already thinking of moving to another web host provider.

It seems you or your bank have enabled OTP (One Time password) on your card for online transactions.

OTP code is set on your card by your bank as a security check, so that no one can use your card without your permission. And when you will use your card online your bank will send you a OTP code on your phone via SMS or similar methods. You need to enter your OTP code to complete that transaction. And nobody else can use your card without that OTP.

So if you want to disable OTP on your card then you must contact your bank for this.

If you are unable to pay via your card then you can also pay to us by Bank Transfer or Cash Deposit in our Local Payment Partner's bank account.

Also, I can see that you have made payment via Bank deposit & our billing team has already forwarded your payment details to our payment partner for checking.

Please note that we use Voguepay as our partner for accepting bank payments in Nigeria. After you send us your payment details we forward these details to our payment partner for tracking. But this tracking process can take few hours or upto 24 hours max. at the Voguepay and their Bank's end. And we add the payment almost as soon as the payment is approved by our payment partner.
