Sorry I took some time before coming back to update the information here as I promised, I am really sorry for that, it is due to some unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, but thank God, I am back once again, so let us set the ball rolling.

These people can be very difficult to deal with, and if you buy land without developing it within some period of time, they will re-sell your land to another person, which might result in litigation, which is what no investor prays for.
