I saw hell before kicking them out, the so call pastor and one Igbo guy that live there for almost 1/12 years rent free after there move in payment. Thanks to Fashola court that finally kick them out.

Thank you very much. I meant N50,000 on monthly basis for a mini whose total package is not more than N400,000. and may be N30,000 for a mini whose total package is not more than N250,000.
