I m planning to start a FedEx courier service business. There is a huge demand for courier services and door step pickup cross growing areas with upcoming needs.
I m very sure of how does courier company network works? As there are a team of staff and agents as a valuable resource to my group, my problem and subsequent concern is this group is very professionally competent to run the show, but they are asking for more profit margin and I m the investor. Please suggest me as to how should I plan? Would bending to their demands prove wrong?
