Hello peeps, please can somebody help me, my XOLO Q1000 phone which share all similarities with Tecno F7 no longer charges. Though it shows that electric current is going into the phone but it is stagnated at 1%. I will appreciate help on what I can do. Could it be the charging point or the battery? It uses the same battery with Tecno F7. Please somebody help me. |

Charge the battery with universal charge Change your charger. Contact XOLO or take it to a gsm engineer. |

haha dis same thing haplend to my galaxy S duos on sunday. it didnt charge fron morning to night even if there was constant electricity. so bro jus remove d battery & put it back den liv am for light i'll come around after some hours |

I suggest you put in a bucket of cold water for like 2 days. The result will be spledid. |
