You can't make this decision based on 'prospects in Nigeria' alone - your own personal passion/interest must be incorporated somewhat.

In my opinion though, the international project management course would be your best best, giving you versatility and widely applicable skills across a wide variety of companies in Nigeria.

Petroleum Tech appears to be the obvious choice, but it is fraught with problems - many Nigerian oil companies will not recruit you if you do not study at a top class, well known UK university, especially for technical roles, but for courses like project management, there is ample opportunity to participate in various aspects of the economy.

Once again, your personal interest must play a key role as well.

There is plenty of jobs if you specialise in one of those two fields

I agree with debosky. It all depend on your passion and where your creativity lies. Petroleum technology is still a hot cake in Nigeria followed by project management.
