I am sure many of you would have come across a thread where Fatalveli appreciated readers, it made perfect sense, but we did not get any money from it.
Even, Princesa got linked to an anonymous man who has decided to give a writer 5000 Naira every month.
Even, Mr Seun Osewa has been helping us by allowing our stories make front page, but if you notice we've stopped making the front page now.
In light of this, 15 of us, who met at a whatsapp group chat created by Dyoungstar, have decided to see how it will look like if we build a site where writers can write and seen for their. Since this is the wish of many of you- our friends, readers, fan, brothers, sister, and Family.
So we are introducing.www.Nairawriters.com.
However, we are not taking anything from you, all we need is your constant comments on our stories at the site.
Questions have been arising and I will answer them here...
Why are some writers not there?
Ans: The fifteen of us are still making sure it works, we do not want others to join the site and see no gain in it. We want to make sure it is a place that has been established before we allow them to throw their capital into it and that is why we need you to comment at the site..
Are you leaving Nairaland finally?
No, Nairaland is our home but Nairawriters is a workshop for us. The more you click,read and comment on our story, the more chances we have to give you more stories and increase our updates.
