Do u think expiry dates on canned foods like milk, sardines, etc, even sausage rolls and biscuits are real? Or just a move by the firm to push customers to dispose off their stuffs so as to patronize them again? Times without number, i have taken canned milk that 'was supposed' to have expired 2 months ago or more according to the expiry date inscribed on the can BUT i appear to still be in good condition of health since then contrary to what i was expecting. What do you guys think? Or is it that i have an extraordinary body system?

Expiry date is different from best before date. It is not advisable to eat or use any EXPIRED product. But, you can still eat a food after its best before date. BB(best before) only means the food/product was in its best condition b4 dat date. But after that date, it means the food is not as 'best' as it was. But I beg una, don't eat Anything after its expiry date.
