I ve not been able to know which of the two scenario educate the mind more... Some prefer reading novels to inspire their mind and get more educated and enlighten while some prefer watching series of movies to get enlighten...

Watching movies or reading novel... which is better to educate the mind and increase your vocabulary...

hmm... novels, coz they are easier to understand and u can mark stuff, and read it all over again whenever u like with cracking, unlike movies

tho educational movies are also good coz it shows u what u will just be imagining if u are reading books. it gives u a visual scene which makes it entertaining

Novels, they give you a wide vocabulary

Books are more educational. Movie directors always tend to change certain things when a movie is based on a particular novel.

The version of "persuasion" - by Jane Austen that i watched was not completely the same as the book itself.

novels are boring AF.... although they are really educational..... novels are also time consuming

movies on the other hand captivates the leaner interest... probably because its a motion picture..

Novels, it improves vocabulary.

Books are active while movies are passive forms of information.they also worth a thousand words and help pronunciation.for vocab you can watch with subtitle

Novels help in improving vocabulary and all but movies creates visual images which can stay in the brain for a longer period of time...

People saying novel improves vocabulary keep telling yourselves that. Just because you haven't seen movies with subtitles that have wide vocabulary contents doesn't mean movies ain't more educative.

movies of course....you get e'rything in a novel there alongside the moving pictures which is a big plus

and for those complaining bout learning new words...download the subtitle
