For the first time ever, the tallest living man met the shortest in London. Sultan Kosey of Turkey, 31, measures 8-foot-3. At the 10th annual Guinness World Records Day, he met Chandra Bahadur Dangi, 74, from Nepal. At 21.5 inches, Dangi is the shortest man in history. He weaves Nepalese garments for a living and has five brothers all of an average height. Sultan first became the world's tallest living man in 2009. Courtesy : www.houseofoge..com
