Well, the programme though initiated under Goodluck Ebele Jonathan administration is not managed by the office of the president but Ministry of Finance. So if Goodluck Jonathan didn't win, the programme would be managed by Federal Ministry of Finance. Atleast YouWIN4. But if Jonathan win it would be a yearly programme.

If you have a very sound and viable proposal why don't you look for a trusted graduate, like bro or sis, and bring him/her up like your partner.

YouWin is Goodluck's pet project. I'ld be surprised if it outlives his stay in office.

YOUWIN is for real! I participated in the first edition(2011?). I couldn't go beyond the Zonals; I failed!
I was overwhelmed with 'passion, hobbies and turn-ons' that I forgot other vital business details.
