selecting, orienting, and training employees. • Maintain
professional and technical knowledge by attending
educational workshops reviewing professional publications
establishing personal networks participating in professional
societies. • Maintain human resource staff job results by
counseling and disciplining employees, planning,
monitoring, and appraising job results. • Contribute to team
effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements: • Minimum of HND/BSC
degree in any related course. • Proven administrative,
leadership and management ability in the area of HR • Fluent
in English speaking. • Demonstrated ability to show results.
• Must be a good team player. • Strategy oriented and driven.
• Excellent thinking capabilities and analytical skills. • Must
be a resident of Lagos. • Very good organizational and
