Pls what kind of sugerless and non carbohydrate rice is good for a diabetic patient? Names and products

I've been hearing about brown rice.

If you are compliant with your medications and your blood sugar is controlled, you should be able to consume the normal everyday rice (in appropriate quantity), your body still needs some carbohydrates one way or the other. Avoid sugar and stuffs like white bread etc but rice should be okay for you.

Brown rice or local ofada rice is the best for a diabetic because of its high fiber content. White rice is not good because its nutrients has been compromised.

Brown rice is ok but should be eaten little now. As a diabetic patient you should eat more beans(protein) and vegetables because your body system has been compromised.
