Despite ensuring that Nigeria did not qualify for the 2015 Equatorial Guinea Africa cup of Nations, South Africa coach Shakes Mashaba believes the Africa champions were lucky to have draw the game. The men from the south shocked the home side just before half time and pulled another in the second half through Toke Rantie but thanks to Hull City midfielder Sone Aluko who "savaged" the situation scoring twice to see the match end in stalemate.
