Peel d plantain, and scrape d outer layer, wash it put on d fire wit water, cut onions and pepper ,maggi, cinnamon, nutmeg, corriander, pinch of salt and bonga fish,or any other fish.I don't eat crayfish. Allow it to boil for about 8mins,den add ur red oil. D red oil should boil for about 15mins,then add ur fresh tomatoes, just a little,u can choose to do without this.then add ur fish or whatever meat u want, for 5mins,put in ur veg for 1minute and turn off the fire.Cover d pot,d heat will do d rest.

Unfortunately no pic cos I finished eating it b4 remembering.lol
