A hospital in China has found a unique way to make fathers-to-be a little more sympathetic towards their pregnant partners.


It's introduced a machine which gives men a taste of what it feels like to give birth.


The nurse attaches pads to the man's abdomen, before zapping him with electric shocks and gradually increasing the intensity.

While most participants claim to be in agony hospital staff say their experience is only a fraction of what women actually go through.
