There are things we should not just ignore.

My late father complained about waist pain in 2003 the doctors were busy administering orthopedic treatment meanwhile prostate cancer was developing until it became full blown in 2006.

He eventually passed on last January.

My brother please go to your doctor and ask for a proper check up.

@ keyremotes

I complained and a test was carried out. The test showed i
have high typhoid and mild fever.

Presently am on drugs and it seems to be getting better.

But would that suffice.

More advice.

Thanks

I'm not a doctor though.
But it might be good to have a second opinion.
I wish you well.

Sedentary living habits, hazardous work patterns and psychological conditions associated with emotional stress, which bring about spasm of the muscles, cause waist pain. As the back bears the weight of the entire body, overweight persons feel the strain on the back when they have to carry an extra load. Also, when you wear a pant   aka trouser with a belt that is too tight, it can cause waist pain. This also results from wrong or heavy lifting, or following a sudden improper movement or maintained wrong posture.Muscle spasm alone can cause the pain which can be an unidentified cause. Another cause is Urinary problems like renal colick.Possible causes can also include gallbladder disease, appendicitisAppendicitis, irritable bowel syndrome, liver disease, an ulcer, or inflammation of the upper digestive tract.

Always exercise regularly. Try out this exercise:
Anterior Pelvic exert

# Stretching all of the muscles in your waist is important in eliminating pain. Anterior pelvic exertions will help work muscles in your waist that other exercises may miss. Start by lying flat on your back. Place your hands on the ground, palms down. Take a few deep relaxing breaths, then bend your knees by pulling your feet toward your torso. Bring your feet to roughly the same position your knees would be in if your legs were flat. Push your waist into the air as far as you can and hold for 10 seconds. Use your hands and arms to help stabilize the pose. Breathe slowly as you hold, then carefully lower your feet back to the ground. For maximum benefit, repeat this pose five to 10 times.

Hip Rolls
# One cause of waist pain is decreased flexibility. Stiff muscles tire quickly, and stretching them can help soothe minor aches and avoid future waist pain. Hip rolls stretch both your waist and your hips, which work closely together and share several muscles.

Begin by standing straight up with your feet separated at shoulder width. Tighten your abdominal muscles. Place your hands on your waist with your elbows pointing out in a "Superman" pose. Rotate your waist in a wide circular motion: imagine that you are slowly spinning a hula hoop around your waist. Do five clockwise rotations, then do five counterclockwise rotations. Relax and breathe slowly and carefully while you do this exercise. Repeat it as often as you feel comfortable.

Too much sex can cause waist pain and your doctor will end up giving you different types of drugs that may result to advance problems. Your doctor has never come across person that has been having sex more than 365 times a year for more than 15years. Truly speaking you should know your body more better than doctor. Science can only tell you wat they think but they can not tell you how your body feels. Say to your self what is wrong wit your body and so shall it be.

If your waist pain is due to too much sex then take note of the hotness like pepper around your waist climbing up to your ribs.

The solution is drink plenty of water first thing in all your morning, let water and vegetable foods be your best friend.
Don't force your self to recover in time, just eat 3square meal and free your mind away from sickness.
