After guiding the super eagles out of 2015 cup of nations, the outspoken coach actually opened our eyes. Just like a friend of mine stated on facebook, I'll sum the lessons up in 7 points:

1. Never at anytime think you're better than
others because you have better results to show
for your effort.

2. Energy for talking should be given to working
out results on the field of play.

3. Coveting and demanding for more than your
capacity can contain is invitation to self
destruction.

4. A trophy won only activates more difficult
challenge(s), so prepare, be more pragmatic,
tactical and build extra stamina.

5. Good leaders respect and look after their
team players, great leaders listen to their
complaints, welcome their suggestions and
accommodate their emotions.

6. Never take credit for success produced with
team effort.

7. The love of money leads to embarrassing
downfall.

8. Never believe what worked for somebody must work for you. Because Morinho criticizes his players and still win does not means it always work.

These and many more are the lessons the big boss dash us. What do you learn from his management?

Nice one OP.

Here are my own lessons:

1. That only a bad workman quarrels with his tools.

2. That for a good carpenter, half-inch nails are no excuse for bad workmanship.

1. Making the same mistakes again and again without giving correction a chance will only turn such a mistake to a thorn in the flesh!

2. Pride always comes before destruction

3. What makes a leader a HERO lies in his ability to listen and reason with his followers
