Arsenal and Manchester United headline the Premier League slate this weekend as the two top-four hopefuls prepare to clash at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday.

As if injury concerns haven't been difficult enough for Manchester United in recent months, Louis van Gaal faces a testing trip to the Emirates Stadium on Saturday with a raft of his stars still missing.

Rafael, Daley Blind and Marcos Rojo will miss out, with Jonny Evans and Phil Jones doubts for the trip, but David de Gea and Michael Carrick are hoping to make their returns.

Luke Shaw suffered a hamstring strain on England duty and adds to that list of injury worries, but the left-back has urged the club's sidelined stars to grip their chance in north London, per the Telegraph's Matt Law:

I think it’s time for people to step up. The players who are not getting game time, who are frustrated on the bench, can come in for a massive game like Arsenal that everyone will want to play in. We know we’ve picked up a lot of injuries, especially in defence, where it’s always changing each time.

We’ve obviously picked up another injury with Daley Blind, but we’ve got to deal with that and try to get around this week and go firing into the Arsenal game. Everyone will be working hard and focusing on this weekend and come Saturday we’ll be ready to go.
This Saturday also signals a first fixture against his former team-mates for the Gunners' Danny Welbeck since completing his summer move to England's capital.

The forward came off early in England's 3-1 win over Scotland on Tuesday, but James Olley of the London Evening Standard says Welbeck should be fit to feature:

Now that he's under Arsene Wenger's command, the former Red Devil must put all emotional ties to one side in the hopes of creating daylight between the two clubs.
