There are born leaders, while others conciously decide & learn to be leaders. However, just anybody can choose to be a Leader. Its a personal internal conciousness. Leadership in its simplest meaning is #SERVICE. #Service to God & Humanity. Leadership is Inspiring & Motivating others towards Achieving thier goals & dreams. Leaders are courageous & focused.
