I subscribed to dstv through fcmb mobile but uptil date ,they said the money hasn't reflected in their account.I've used all their self help services,called their customer care .This morning ,I subscribed again through easy money,Zenith bank mobile app.They said the money is yet to reflect.I'm fed up.Worse still,I've been disconnected.

yeah,,,Mtn collected my hard earned #150 from my phone,,,and called them and explained to them they give me 24hours to return the money i waited for 3days i didn't see my money, so i call them again and told them i give all of them 2days to return my money or i will sue them to curt,,,,,,my brother they send 500 naira CARD for my phone oh with apologies

Was your account debited in both cases? Why not go to your bank to track down the transaction. The money may be hooked somewhere in between. Next time try the quick teller option on ATMs, you'd be glad you did.
