Fashion icon, Kcee is running a “Fine Face” competition on social networking site, Instagram, where the female whose photo gets the most likes gets the sum of $10000.
Apparently, some the female contestants have been trying to play a fast one him purchasing thier instagram likes in other to get ahead of other contestants.
