For those who don't knw hw 2 speak there native language, hw did it happen nd hw do u cope whenever u visit ur village? Share ur experience with us plz.

Hmmmm I don't just understand why I find it difficult to speak my language I can speak yoruba and a little of ibira
But my main language ibo I can't I don't visit my village infact have only been there once I often feel ashamed when someone speak to me with Ibo and I'll just stare like a moose

Parents from two different tribes. I can hear both. But even they normally converse in the lingua franca/national tribe.

Villagers, both places just talk to us in their native language. We reply with the national language. They understand.

Just the two of us? I see we are exceptions to the rule @samflexxy

Amazingly I can decipher and even speak other related languages after just a few days, leaving my friends shoked.
