I started a broiler poultry farm 4months ago.

The structure I built has the capacity to
accommodate/produce 800 broiler chickens
monthly.

As a result of unavailability of funds, and banks unwillingness to finance poultry farming, I currently produce 200 to 250 birds monthly.

I have a ready market for my birds, and I do
realise an average of 50K as profit per 200birds.

I need an investor to put in 500K into the
farm. This will enable me to utilise the full
capacity of the farm, plus I will be able to
realise an average of 200K in profit monthly.

My proposed repayment plan is as follows:

35% of the projected profit for 12 months, but with one month moratorium.

That is 70K monthly for 12months, making a
total repayment of 840K.

Location of farm is Kaduna State.
