hello friends, please how long can food cooked should stay in the frige,then it will not be hygenic to eat again, two days?,one day?, three days and above, your comment pls

2 days should be good becos if it is rice after some days it can loss its taste but soup or stew can stay for like a week dats if the freezer is working perfectly well,

You can freeze your food as long as you want it BUT mind you, once frozen and brought out from freezer, PLEASE dont put it back there again. If you were unable to finish the de-froozen food, please return it to the fridge and NOT freezer. What this means is that once a frozen food defrost, it is not healthy to put it back to the Freezer again. Rather you can put it in the fridge. Research shows that it is cancerous if taken back to the freezer. VERY IMPORTANT. It is therefore adviced that you finish the food or leave it in the pot if you havent got a fridge.
