It's that time of the year again when the Ancient City of Calabar opens her warm arms to welcome everybody both home and abroad.

Indeed this year's December will be a special one in Calabar, Cross River State.

You'r all welcome to ‪#‎ CALABARCARNIVAL 2014.

This threand will be open from now till January 2015 with daily updates on events and activities that'll be entertained in this year's carnival programme. Meanwhlie, you'r all welcome to share your fun part of the carnival and pictures, crazy performances, funny stories especially the #normi phone lol!

The tree-lighting ceremony which nornaly marks the kick-start of the festive period, was in my opinion not well organized. But all thesame the carnival had to start with the normal tradition, having First Bank Plc 'strongly' behind them as their sponsor.
Alot of shabby performances carried the day.
