Fine, but following the present condition of this country - Kidnapping, Murdering, Ritualist, Missing persons etc...I would advice you arrange for either skype, or any video chat group or better go for writers in your locality.

My perceptive though.

the best way to do this is to use skype and run a video chat.there is no way any one would love to travel to owerri to meet in person for content writing with the way things are in naija.people don't know you and you expect them to come to you from their location.your best shot should be specific to your location.look for writers in your location or arrange for skype discussion.
