I am not surprised. They have all sorts of packages that they use to trick people into parting with their money. I have also told their customer care agents (or is it sales agents) that their Bundle Promo is a fraud and I asked them to please tell their supervisors to listen to my conversation since it is recorded.

They said their promo will give me credit that is 3 times the amount deducted from my account and I can use it within certain number of days (700/2100 for 7 days, 1500/4500 for 14 days or 3000/9000 for 30 days). I specifically asked if my call rate will change but they kept saying "No sir. it's a bundle rate" like programmed robots. Thank God I went for the 700 naira bundle. I later discovered that I pay 40kps on the bundle instead of 18kps on my original plan. I also pay for all on-net calls instead of having free airtel to airtel calls on my original plan. In fact, the promo na wash.
