Don't worry my baby is still doing good, jst allow others to comment nw angry

D problem might b connected with d suspension and steering system I suppose. I will see my mech soonest.

You did not tell us what kind of car you are driving. Anyway, check your power steering fluid level. If that one is ok, pls change your balljoints they might be wornout and anymore delay could have your car embarrassing you in the middle of the road. God bless you sir.

Check the condition of the steering fluid first and if it somewhat discolored or you have not had the system flushed out, then do so.

Something similar has been analyzed here https://www.nairaland.com/383650/what-could-wrong-power-steering

Update
I finally went to my mech to check up d hiss sound my steering gives. D mech said d steering only makes d hissing sound on full turn n dt it is normal. He topped my power steerin fluid n asked me to drop chop money for him dt my car is ok and I shld go n enjoy my ride. I dropped sth for him n left.
Now do u tink my mech is correct dt a power steering is supposed to make a hiss sound if u turn it fully n hold lik wen making a u turn.

Waiting to hear frm u guys

Yes, it is normal.

Only that the hissing is louder in some cars.

Ok I ve since flushed d power steerin fluid and ve learnt to live wit d hiss sound. I nw avoid making full turn unnecessarily n each time I do I dnt hold d steering dt way d hiss sound is reduced.

It is normal. It's even stated in some car manuals that you should not leave the steering turned to the extreme for too long. My car does it too when it's turned to extreme.

Actually its not normal , except if you just bought car and haven't had the time to drive to create a foundation experience which would prompt you to take immediate action

In my opinion , the pressure in your steering rack has dropped , you'll be loosing steering oil , maybe a tiny drop at a time but eventually it'll increase. However I would advice to keep a open mind and still keep the forum open while you rake in ideas

Hope this helps
