• Use nasal strips to help you breathe easily as you sleep.
• Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages at least two hours before bedtime. Alcohol can depress your central nervous system, causing snoring.
• Try singing before going to bed. Singing helps improve muscle control of the soft palate and upper throat.
• Quit or cut down on smoking as it can irritate the lining of the nasal cavity and throat, causing swelling and ultimately snoring.
By incorporating these preventive measures along with any of the remedies above, you’ll be able to reduce or eliminate snoring and get a good night’s sleep.

-Intake of heavy food and then, go to bed
-Genetics
-Lack of physical activity in daily routine
-Sedentary lifestyle

People often choose wrong ways to cut down the fat from the belly area. Of course, you need some patience to feel the difference, but it is totally worth it. Check and try out the listed below.

1. Honey

Take a medium glass and fill it with hot water. Add the juice of 1 lemon and 1 tablespoon of honey to it. Drink this after waking up in the morning as a first thing. Practice this remedy on a regular basis and you will certainly notice the difference.

2. Hot Water

Drink around 1 litre hot water on an unfilled stomach. This will cleanse the body thoroughly.

7. Curry Leaves

8. Cardamom

You are extremely correct , i realised this when friend of mine visited me one faithful day after a whole day of stress standing on a long queue for screening and registration then in year one .

He came back to the room , the next thing he fell on the tiled floor not even the bed and slept till the next day but within this period , the snoring is heart breaking . The roof of our building nearly pulled off
