It depends on the location and availability of land. In some parts of Lagos, you've gat no space to build unless you want to demolish and rebuild (which is double wahala, by the way) so its jes better to buy. And in some other developing areas such as Mowe and Ikorodu, you could design and build.. |

it majorly depends on your taste, pocket and d location, i prefer building my house anywayz as it gives me room to specify wah i want to my taste |
