i start by getting a website designer to design a good looking website.

How did you market it?
u can market it by telling people about it...by using ads media eg facebook, bbm, google advert and telling ur friend in church, school and neighbourhod

How did you get customers?
after ur advertising, u will get customers who will patronize u if u have a good service.

What were your initial challeneges?
every business have challenges, so d only challenge i had was getting customers when i was starting but an other thing i saw it as normal

What are the downside of this business?
i cant really say if dere is.. just get a good provider who sms doesnt fail

to advise u....if u are a start. its best to start on a low price.. den when d client base are much...den u increase

What are your growth strategies?
MARKETING..and do more give aways. sometimes u have to forget about gaining and make sacrifice
